De Zwethheul is a restaurant located in Zweth, Schipluiden in the Netherlands. It is a fine dining restaurant that was awarded one Michelin star in the period 1990-2004 and two Michelin stars in the period 2005–present. GaultMillau awarded the restaurant 18.0 out of 20 points.
De Zwethheul is a member of Les Patrons Cuisiniers.
Present head chef is Mario Ridder, who took over in 2006 from Erik van Loo. Cees Wildschut earned the first ever star for the restaurant.
